I track the industry daily, from changes in the bond market and rates to changes in lender programs. Staying on top of change in today's market is sometimes challenging, but I firmly believe that doing so, is just one part of my duty to my customers.
My 15 year background in senior-level retail management has given me a solid foundation for delivering excellence everyday to my clients. In addition, my educational background and operations experience afford me a strong analytical skill set that when combined with great customer service is a win-win for my clients.
